Shipping Policy

  • UNTCI is a 100% Volunteer Operated Ministry - NO salaries are taken for any of the work you see here. We give freely of our time because we believe in and support your right & responsibility to minister the Gospel of Christ.
  • Membership Packages are processed during the week and shipped out each Friday, in the order they were received.  Please allow 3 - 5 weeks for delivery from the date of your submission.  
  • You will receive an automated email notification from our in-house USPS postage vendor, Stamps.com once your Membership Package has shipped. This will be sent to the email address you provide during sign up / renewal. 
  • There is no need to call & inquire about your package unless it has been longer than 6 weeks since your Membership submission. If it has been longer than 6 weeks (not including Holidays), please Contact Us so we can find out what happened & make it right, right away. 
  • UNTCI Shipping Policy ReminderWe do not accept any responsibility for inacurate information provided.
  • A real person makes a hardcopy file based on the information you provide in your Membership Database Record here:  http://office.untci.org/members/update-my-record It is your responsibility to ensure this information remains up-to-date.  (You will be redirected here after your Membership submission has been completed.) 
  • If there is no photo on file, you do not receive a Photo ID with your membership package (Photo IDs are provided for Voting Memberships and above only). Ensure you have uploaded your photo for your ID here:  http://office.untci.org/members/update-my-record  (You will be redirected here after your Membership submission has been completed.) If there is not a photo uploaded to your Ministry Database Record, we will assume you do not want a Photo ID.
  • We do *not* make corrections and re-ship for free if *you* make a mistake entering your information in your Membership Database Record. We will need you to chip in for additional shipping & the additional time it takes to correct the mistake if this happens.
  • We *do* reship for free if *we* make a mistake. If we make a mistake, we want to make it right, right away.
  • If something happens, just talk to us - we can always work things out if something goes wrong. We want you to have what you need to serve Christ right where you are, bottom line.

1 Corinthians 16:2 ~ On the first day of every week, each one of you should set aside a sum of money in keeping with his income, saving it up, so that when I come no collections will have to be made.
